What Happened: Gee Roberson will be starting his own record company. Blueprint Records will be distributed by Interscope Geffen A&M, the company he was formerly in charge of.

What Happened: Samantha Selolwane has just been named VP of Promotions at RCA Records. This blessing comes from the hard work she has put in for years, including humble beginnings in radio. Congrats.

Headline: Lil Wayne Pays Off $8 Million Dollar Tax Bill
What Happened: Lil Wayne has racked up back taxes to the tune of $7.72 million dollars since 2002. We have seen many artists and actors alike fall victim to the back taxes demon. Lil Wayne just wrote a check for $8 million dollars to right his wrongs with the IRS.

Headline: Madonna’s ‘MDNA’ Tour Is The Highest Grossing Tour Of 2012
What Happened: Since last June, more than 1.6 million fans have paid to see Madonna perform on tour. The ‘MDNA’ tour covered 65 cities worldwide and grossed a colossal $228 million dollars, solidifying her top spot. Check out the artist who made the list after the jump.
