News: Mac Miller Sued For $10 Million Over Sample on “Macadelic”

Reports have surfaced that Patrick Berlinquette a.k.a. Warm Speakers, has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Mac Miller, Rostrum Records and Datpiff for stealing music. The complaint was filed yesterday in the Eastern District of New York. The lawsuit claims that Miller took the chorus from Berlinquette’s “The World Around You” for his song entitled “F*ck Em All”
