“Freeway” Ricky Ross may have had 2 suits against Rick Ross dismissed, but his third against Warner Brothers is still on. The Los Angeles Superior Court dismissed WMG’s attempt at dismissing the suit today. I’m not sure how Warner is getting roped into this. Rick Ross is a Def Jam artist, which is under the UMG label. If the suit against them was thrown out, why is Moscowitz’s crew still in court?
