Berry Gordy Jr., the founder of Motown, is bringing his life story to the Broadway stage. Gordy has teamed up with acclaimed Broadway producer Kevin McCollum and Sony’s A-number-1 Doug Morris, to tell his life story and the story of the rise of Motown. The scenes from his life will (of course) feature music from his legendary Motown catalogue. All you old heads better take the wife and kids out to see this one when it hits NYC next year.
