
If you didn’t hear the story last week, or if your Mac was blessed enough to dodge the virus, around 600,000 Apple computers were struck with a Flashback trojan virus. Apple finally released a Java Update for OS X users to remove variants of the virus. The new update should check for and get rid of the virus on its own. Users can download the Java update for OS X Lion 2012-003 from Apple’s OS X software update utility.
