News: Apple Releases Java Update to Remove Flashback Malware

If you didn’t hear the story last week, or if your Mac was blessed enough to dodge the virus, around 600,000 Apple computers were struck with a Flashback trojan virus. Apple finally released a Java Update for OS X users to remove variants of the virus. The new update should check for and get rid of the virus on its own. Users can download the Java update for OS X Lion 2012-003 from Apple’s OS X software update utility.
