In January of 2011, Drake bought 2 side-by-side condos in Miami for $1.9 Million. Yesterday, Drake decided to throw his red blazer on and put the condos up for sale. In under 24 hours, the condos were purchased for $2.4 Million. $500,000 for a days work isn’t that bad. The rumor going around town is the Miami Heat‘s Mario Chalmers is the buyer. Shouts to Forbes.
