It’s not like we all didn’t see this coming but just to make sure everyone knows it’s official Watch the Throne sold 436,000 in it’s first week. To me this is impressive considering the lack of promotion and the alternative marketing strategies. The project sold 321,000 downloads making it the second largest digital week in history behind Lady Gaga for Born this Way. The project is also the second highest first week of the year again behind Lady Gaga.
