First, Karen Civil is reporting that Gangsta Gibbs and Young Jeezy have been in the studio together. Apparently Jizzle appreciates the Gangsta that is Gibbs, and wants to sign him to his Corporate Thug Entertainment label. Then over at Rap Radar, there is a video (which I can’t seem to embed) of Shawty Lo letting the people know that he’s close to signing a deal with 50 Cent and G-Unit records. One thing is for sure, rapper labels are making a comeback. It would be interesting to see how Jeezy could finally build this brand. As far as 50 is concerned, I just want to hear a hot record from L.O. that’s not “Dey Know”.
