Guest Blog: The A Plus Corner: The Best Rick Ross Interview Ever

(Ed. Note: DJ A Plus is Richmond, VA radio personality on iPower 92.1 fm. A Plus and Myself (@Signiture718) have long conversations about hilarious things moments in hip-hop. Productive? No. But fun nonetheless. Once we started the site I asked A Plus to bring that perspective to our audience. Thus, The A Plus Corner was born. This will be a weekly guest blog full of classic hip-hop moments found on the Youtube archives and other video sites.)

Simply put, this is the greatest Rick Ross viral video known to man. Presumably recorded early 2008 while on a promo run for his second album Trilla, Ross sits down with EdMagik.TV and delivers one of the funniest interviews I have ever seen. Watching Ross wax poetically about mayonnaise sandwiches and dreams of owning 10 Burger King locations is as dubious and hilarious as it sounds. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this video is how Rick Ross flat-out denied having any problems with 50 Cent a full year before his feud with Curtis popped off.

Rick Ross is a character this is hilarious. If you can not tell he is a fraud from this interview I do not know what to tell you. The interviewer seemed intimidated to me lol! Everything Ross said was pure nonsense, the most disturbing thing is that he seems to believe his own lies lmao. Ross most certainly suffers from some extreme next level form of Narcissism. Or maybe just a chemical imbalance.
